Accu Pumps Distributing is looking to fill the position of Assembler/Order Picker - Warehouse, under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, will primarily be responsible for assembling water treatment units, water testing and picking/packing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and general warehouse duties. The Assembler/Order Picker - Warehouse must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent working experience and be mechanically inclined.
- Accurately test water samples with digital device, record and report results back to appropriate personnel
- Assemble water treatment units as per internal procedures and instructions
- Heavy lifting required (50 lbs)
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Pick, pack and inspect/verify shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off; reject damaged goods
- Oversee cargo handling and secure loads in accordance with established safety requirements
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
- Adhere to established safe working procedures and wear the proper safety equipment at all times
- Compile, verify, record, and process documentation
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Report any discrepancies in inventory to management
- Operate lifting devices such as forklifts and hoists
- Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
- Tag, mark, or label stock items and ensure they are placed in correct storage location
